Most of my clients buy a house here before they’ve spent much time here.

That’s a strange thing to do, and it only works if somebody on the ground tells you the truth. The neighbor’s RV. The road you can’t hear in the listing photos. The west-facing yard you won’t be able to use six months a year. I walk the house, shoot video, and tell you what’s actually there, good and bad.

I grew up in a fishing community in Alaska. Hard work there was just the way of life and nobody questioned it. In a town that small you help people because that’s what you do, not because of what you get out of it. Both of those have been how I treat my business and my clients for the last 22 years.

I’ve been a full-time Las Vegas Realtor since 2004, licensed with eXp Realty, and I work across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Centennial Hills, Green Valley and Lake Las Vegas. Most of my business is buyers coming from out of state, and a lot of them come from California.

You don’t need to fly out five times. Most people make one focused trip. We tour neighborhoods before we tour houses, because you can’t judge a home in an area you’ve never seen.
