What Henderson is like
Henderson sits on the southeast side of the Las Vegas valley. It has been built out long enough that the landscaping is grown in, which matters more than people expect in a desert.
Areas buyers ask about most
Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch. Established and tree-lined. Most single-family homes run from the mid-$400Ks through the $700Ks, as of August 2026. Seven Hills, Anthem Country Club and MacDonald Highlands climb well beyond that. Read my Green Valley Henderson guide.
Lake Las Vegas. A 320-acre private lake with ten miles of shoreline, two golf courses and a resort village. Condos and attached homes start well below the single-family range, which generally runs from the $600Ks into the millions.
Newer master plans, like Inspirada and Cadence. More new construction, and a place where special assessments (SIDs and LIDs) are common. I check this on every property before you write an offer.
